Our Fairfield Office is located on Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield, Connecticut. We are close to both the Merritt Parkway and Interstate 95. We are located on a major bus route. Transportation from door to door may be provided by several agencies, including ‘People to Places’ for eligible Bridgeport and Fairfield residents, the Fairfield Senior Center van for Fairfield residents and the Easton Senior Center van for Easton residents. In addition there are several taxi services available to provide transportation.
1. Merritt Parkway Going Toward New Haven (Merritt Parkway North):
a. Take Exit 44-Black Rock Turnpike. At the bottom of the exit ramp turn left. Go just a few yards and turn right at the light onto Black Rock Turnpike.
b. You are now on Black Rock Turnpike. You will pass a residential area and a lake. You will then begin to pass a number of retail stores and strip malls. You will see Shoprite Supermarket on your right. Facing Shoprite you will see Verizon toward the end of the strip mall. We are located next to Verizon.
2. Merritt Parkway Going Toward New York (Merritt Parkway South):
a. Take Exit 44-Black Rock Turnpike. At the bottom of the ramp turn left. Go just a few yards and turn left at the light onto Black Rock Turnpike. Follow the directions for #1b.
3. I-95 Going Toward New Haven (Connecticut Thruway North):
a. Take Exit 24-Black Rock Turnpike. Take the left fork at the bottom of the ramp and proceed to follow the traffic circle to the left back around and under I-95. After going under the Thruway, you will bear slightly left toward the Stop sign. After the Stop sign you will quickly cross traffic in order to make a right turn onto Black Rock Turnpike.
b. Continue up Black Rock Turnpike for approximately 1 mile. You will come to a traffic light (a strip mall with Chips restaurant will be on your right) where you must turn right or bear left. Bear left at that light to continue on Black Rock Turnpike. Proceed along Black Rock Turnpike for several blocks and you will see a McDonald’s on your left. At the next light, turn left into the Shoprite Supermarket parking lot. You will see Verizon toward the left end of the building. We are located next to Verizon.
4. I-95 Going Toward New York (Connecticut Thruway South):
a. Take Exit 24-Black Rock Turnpike. At the bottom of the ramp, turn right. You will only go a few yards before coming to a stop light (in front of Miller Ford). Turn left at the light. Keep bearing sharply to the right and you will end up on Black Rock Turnpike. Follow the directions for 3b.
