Episodic care is an evidenced-based model of therapy. Skilled treatment happens in focused episodes, followed by intentional breaks.
Your Therapy:
Research suggests progress depends on goal-oriented, intensive practice vs continuous treatment. We combine skilled treatment and an individualized home program to maximize progress.
Therapeutic break:
After 4-6 months of therapy, it is time to work on building independence and practicing your skills at home and within the community.
Reasons to return of a reassessment:
- New concerns or areas of need
- Need a refresher or updated home program
- A significant change in status
